PRODUCT MANAGER · BUILDER · AI-NATIVE
I ship products. Then I build tools to ship them faster.
Mechanical engineering came first. Before the degree I was the kid taking things apart: spare parts became remote control cars, then helicopters that never got off the ground. I rebuilt those helicopters several times over. I wanted to know what was stopping them.
Engineering turned that into a method. Look at the whole system, find the part carrying the load, work out what it fails under. I still work that way. The output changed: specs instead of parts, roadmaps instead of rotors.
The work since then has been less about strategy decks than people assume. At VyneStudios I shipped two apps to the Play Store and wrote the first version of one of them in Flutter myself. At Ortho, a roadmap for MyQRMenu, A/B tests in Mixpanel, and the week a board outage stopped work, moving the entire team off Jira. At Floorkraft, 19 people off WhatsApp and onto ClickUp, then a warehouse counted by hand until the stock figures were true.
Every one of those jobs ended at the same gap: five records of one number, and no way to agree on which was right. Moonframe is what I built to close it. It is live and taking payments.
These aren't projects I supervised. I built them.
